FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT
The United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) for the Ninth Circuit is a group of six bankruptcy judges appointed from the circuit's districts who hear bankruptcy appeals. The BAP is based in Pasadena but holds hearings around the circuit.
