BAP Oral Arguments
The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) tries to hold hearings in the same district where the bankruptcy case was first filed, if it is practical and cost-effective. Hearings may be in person, by video, or by phone to reduce travel costs and keep cases moving quickly.
Hearings usually take place during the third week of each month.
