The court uses a computer system to post decisions to its website as soon as they are filed.

You can get free access to new decisions in two ways:

• Read them here on the court website

• You can also see decisions through PACER, which is the court's system. If you want to use PACER, you'll need to:

  • Create a paid account

  • Sign up as a "non-party user" to get emails when new decisions come out
